The seven physical regions of Canada are:

1. Western Cordillera
2. Interior Plains (The Prairies)
3. Canadian Shield
4. Hudson Bay Lowlands
5. Inuitian Mountains (Arctic Region)
6. Appalachian Mountains (Atlantic Region)
7. Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Lowlands
